Chương trình đào tạo – tập huấn ứng phó sự cố môi trường

Với bề dày kinh nghiệm tham gia ứng phó trực tiếp và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hơn 300 sự cố tràn dầu và hoá chất trên toàn quốc. SOS thấu hiểu rằng hiệu quả của công tác đào tạo – tập huấn chỉ được tạo nên khi nội dung giảng dạy gắn liền với thực tiễn, không chỉ dừng lại ở lý thuyết thuần tuý hay mang tính hình thức. Chính những trải nghiệm trong quá trình ứng phó khẩn cấp là nền tảng giúp SOS xây dựng các chương trình đào tạo sát thực tế, dễ tiếp cận và có khả năng áp dụng ngay trong tình huống sự cố có thể xảy ra.

Đến nay, SOS đã triển khai hơn 700 khoá đào tạo chuyên sâu. Chương trình là sự kết hợp hài hoà giữa bài giảng lý thuyết trực quan và thực hành sử dụng vật tư, thiết bị ứng phó tại hiện trường. Các chương trình đào tạo của SOS tập trung nâng cao nhận thức, năng lực phòng ngừa và kỹ năng ứng phó sự cố môi trường, đáp ứng nhu cầu của các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước và doanh nghiệp trên phạm vi toàn quốc.

Nội dung chương trình

Trang bị nền tảng pháp lý và kiến thức chuyên môn

Cập nhật các quy định pháp luật hiện hành trong ứng phó sự cố tràn dầu, hoá chất, sự cố chất thải, …
Hướng dẫn nhận biết nguy cơ, đánh giá mức độ rủi ro và lựa chọn giải pháp phù hợp trong từng tình huống sự cố.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng và bảo quản trang thiết bị ứng phó

Thực hành trực tiếp việc sử dụng, vận hành và bảo quản các trang thiết bị ứng phó sự cố (tràn dầu, hoá chất, chất thải, …) đảm bảo đúng kỹ thuật, an toàn và hiệu quả.

Diễn tập thực tế theo kịch bản giả định

Tổ chức diễn tập bám sát hiện trường và điều kiện vận hành thực tế của doanh nghiệp với các tình huống kịch bản giả định như: tràn dầu, rò rỉ hoá chất, tràn đổ chất thải hoặc các sự cố do cháy nổ, … giúp lực lượng tham gia làm quen áp lực và xử lý tình huống một cách chủ động.
